Baptism Publicly Expresses your Faith
Pastor Carr is thrilled to help everyone receive the sacrament of baptism…infants, teens and adults.
Whether you were never baptized, baptized in a different way or simply want to reaffirm your desire to follow Christ, we can arrange a baptism using the Chapel’s baptismal font, the Mariner Sands Community pool or your own private pool.
After a message on rediscovering baptism, one of our members decided to explore that opportunity. She went home to discuss this with her family; her brother and sister-in-law were visiting at the time.
When the topic arose, the response was something no one expected. As she shared her faith journey with family, and how it felt that now was the best time to be baptized, the response from the others was shocking. The brother said, “You know, I was thinking the same thing!” Then his wife chimed in with a “Me too!”
The good news was discussed with the minister, and a baptism service happened on Friday.
