A Resting Place for Mariner Sands Families
Mariner Sands Chapel offers a Memorial Garden for dignified, careful and beautiful care for the ashes of loved ones if family members opt for cremation. Inurnment of ashes is available to all Mariner Sands families, not just members of the Chapel.
The burial ground has been consecrated by both Catholic and Protestant clergy. The Memorial Garden is always open. Family members who live outside Mariner Sands are welcome to visit anytime.
The Garden is a short walkway from the Chapel. Hidden from the road, a brick pathway leads you to a circular garden tucked under tall pines and surrounded by lush Florida vegetation. It overlooks the lake adjoining the Gold Golf Course 18th Fairway, with benches both by the lake, and in the garden, for quiet meditation.
A flower garden is at the center of a circular walkway that includes plaques identifying where urns are buried.
Spaces in the Memorial Garden may be reserved and pre-paid as you consider your funeral arrangements. The full facilities of the Chapel will be available for funeral or memorial services as desired.
